Greetings Sisters and Brothers. Fred and I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you are preparing for a great Christmas season. If you were unable to be at our installation on November 7th, I want you to know that it went very well and I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who made it such a wonderful success. First, I will thank Sister Pam Miller, our installing officer; Sister Dorothy Ballard, our installing Marshal and Sister Harriet Cassel our installing organist. All of these Sisters are from Legacy Chapter. I also want to thank our own Sister Barb Turner, our installing Chaplain. They all did a wonderful job and did themselves proud. I also thank Brother Johnnie Jones for serving refreshments and Sister Carol Jones for doing a little of everything.
On December 11th we will have a visit from Santa Claus and sing Christmas Carols. Please try to be there to share the Christmas spirit with all of your Eastern Star family. We will only be having one meeting in December because our second meeting date falls on Christmas day.
December 12th is Line Officers Meeting at Legacy Chapter and looking to next year, January 8th will be the Renewal of Obligation.

Auxiliary
The regular meeting of Delite auxiliary will still be held on Tuesday, December 1st at 10:00 a.m. in the Auxiliary Dining Room. We will address Christmas Cards for our members who are unable to attend our meetings. If you know of a member who would enjoy receiving a card from the Chapter, please let us know. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, December 2nd. This is the date Delta will celebrate the Christmas season. Come and join us for dinner, fun and fellowship. Everyone is invited so bring your family and friends for a wonderful time. We have reserved the back room at Hometown Buffet and will meet at 6:30 p.m. We always have a great time, but it will be even better if you can be there with us.
